Hey, I'm Tim :)
​I'm a fun creative Kiwi who loves stories, humans, colour, surfing, motion and art.
​
I love hearing everyone's different life stories, and love to create unique beautiful work that tells a story with visually appealing imagery.​ Whether it be a documentary, corporate interview, a lifestyle brand shoot, travel content, or anything to do with motion or stills I would love to hear from you.
​
I worked as a Chef for many years, which taught me all about visual appeal, colours and different compositions on a plate. Through this i was able to translate across my new passion into the art of cinematography.
​
Another big passion of mine that inspires me and my work is surfing. The energy of the ocean, the connection to the elements, the rawness, the changing light, and the different vibe every morning is what drives me.
Starting later in life in this field of work, I feel I can bring more real-life experience and empathy to the people and subjects I work with, to create the magic everyone has inside.
